The February 10th Meeting of GOCA will be held at 7:45 pm in the Community Room of the Buffington Building at 3300 Olney-Laytonsville Road (route 108). The topics addressed will include Councilmember Marc Elrichs’ Bus Rapid Transit Proposal – presented by Chief of Staff Dale Tibbitts and an ICC update – presented by Odessa Phillips from over the State Highway Administration ICC task force.
