Wayne Goldstein, recent President of the Civic Federation, died today on the steps of the council building while on his way to testify at a hearing. New fixed pole speed cameras began enforcement this past week. The new cameras are on Seven Locks Road, East West Highway, Kemp Mill Road, Route 108, and Russett Road.
