The Greater Olney Civic Association (GOCA) hosted a debate of the Montgomery County Board of Education (BOE) At Large candidates on April 11, 2016. The At-Large Candidates that participated include Sebastian Johnson, Phil Kauffman, and Gwendolyn Love Kimbrough.
