GOCA is launching a fundraiser….
that we are sure will be a win-win situation for you and for GOCA; and may introduce you to a great dinner preparation concept right around the corner in Cloverly.
GOCA is partnering with Dream Dinners...
...a unique company founded on a mission of bringing families together around the dinner table from May 21 –June 15, 2007 at their store in Cloverly Towne Centre, 720 Cloverly Street (Silver Spring, MD 20905) – on the second floor of the new building adjacent to the Safeway near the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue and Briggs Chaney Road.
Dream Dinners provides everything you need to assemble great dinners, offers freedom from the hassles surrounding the planning and preparation of meals night after night, and gives you and friends and family an opportunity to come together in a fun-filled setting to assemble numerous “Dream Dinners” in just two quick hours.
Here’s how this helps GOCA.
When you sign up for a session or two or more, go to the Dream Dinners store in Cloverly to assemble your fix and freeze dinners, and present the attached flyer, GOCA receives a donation from Dream Dinners based on the number of dinners purchased by participants in the GOCA fundraiser.
You get some help in the kitchen and GOCA gets some help with its Treasury, which helps us in all of our efforts on behalf of the greater Olney community.

- register at the Cloverly location (zip code 20905); and
- select your dinners from their monthly menu
- Then, at the time you have sign-up for, go to the store in Cloverly, mention that you are participating in the GOCA fundraiser and present a copy of the Dream Dinners flyer.(click link to download as PDF)
- And then, for every 36-71 servings you assemble, Dream Dinners donates $10 to GOCA, and for 72 servings or more, they donate $20 to GOCA. (Large dinners provide 6 servings, and medium dinners provide 3 servings.)
Remember you take the assembled dinners home and freeze them, if you can’t use them right away, and then you pull them out as you need them. Or you might buddy up with some friends or family, assemble the meals, and then share the cost and split up the dinners between you. A few of you can even go together to assemble the meals together.
Dream Dinners’ menus change each month, so you can go in May, and then go back in June and have different menus to pick from.
