| 6:00 - 6:45 | Set up chairs for the band, put up signs |
| 6:30 - 8:30 | Hand out Olney Days Programs, collect canned goods |
| 9:00 - 9:30 | Take down chairs, tables, signs, clean up gym area |
Saturday, May 21st |

Olney Days Festival Fun Fair and Fireworks at Olney Manor Park |
|
| 1:30 - 2:30 | Put up signage all around the Park |
| 3:00 - 9:30 | Helping to set up for the puppet
show Helping to run and/or score at the Homerun Derby and Lacrosse Shout Out, Ice Cream Eating and Watermelon Contests Patrolling to keep people out of the fallout area for the fireworks Face painting Distributing Olney Days programs Helping with some games Clean-up of spectator area after the fireworks (not the fallout area). You do not have to work the whole time, but we would like you to work for at least 2 hours. |

Olney Days Car and Truck Show at Fletcher’s Service Center |

| 9:00 - 2:00 | Register exhibitors, tally judges' scoring sheets, clean-up |

| 11:00 - 11:30 | Set-up of chairs/tables at Reviewing Stand (Spartan Road), put up road closure signs |
| 12:00 - 12:30 | Set-up staging area (Prince Philip Dr - Georgia Ave to Rte 108 |
| 12:45 - end of parade | Help line up Parade units in
staging area Be a Parade Marshall somewhere along the Parade route, includes handing out Olney Days programs Help at reviewing stand with tallying judges' scoring Clean-up area you are working in after Parade passes and crowd disperses |
