Perhaps you saw the front page article of this week’s Gazette about Montgomery County Police Department’s 4th District’s new commander, John Damskey. He will be our special guest at Tuesday’s meeting. A proposed bylaw amendment to Article VI, Officers and Their Duties is also on the agenda.
All GOCA meetings are open to the public and take place at the Community Room of the Buffington RE\MAX Building, 3300 Olney-Laytonsville Road.
