How to Join

Local civic/homeowners associations may join GOCA by contacting Executive Vice-President Jodi Finkelstein.

Note, a link for our 2011 Membership Form is shown below.

Due March 31, annual GOCA Member dues are:

  • $50 for less than 100 units
  • $75 for 100 to 300 units
  • $100 for greater than 300 units.
