At our January meeting, State Senator Zucker provided updates on the development of the former Capital One building on Georgia Avenue, which will be transformed into a community center and police substation. Councilmember Glass joined us to discuss his environmental policies and priorities, while also addressing questions from attendees. Jen Rusiecki presented the plan for our newly formed Environmental Committee, and Mindy Badin delivered an informative transportation report.
